VILLA RING POOL & PADEL is a property that is rented out only as a whole house without other guests at the same time, so all the facilities in the house and yard (all rooms, yard, pool, padel and basketball courts, parking, etc.) are not shared. .

The villa is available for booking throughout the year and is intended for accommodation of groups of tourists and individuals as well as business people visiting Belgrade, and generally for all those who want to rest or relax.  

The LOCATION is located in a quiet residential area, away from city noise and crowds, about 25-30 minutes by car from the city center, or 15-20 minutes from New Belgrade, on the new Milos Veliki highway, from which it is a 5-minute drive. This is a favorable location considering that such a large building with about 300 square meters of interior space and more than 1500 square meters of land cannot be located in the immediate vicinity of the city center.

TRANSFER from/to the airport using a minibus or taxi can be arranged at the request of the guests. The best option for transfer to the center or other points is to use a taxi or rent-a-car.   Important notes about booking accommodation:•

The basic price is set for up to 8 guests. Additional charge for additional guests. •

The accommodation capacity can be increased up to 10 people by using and modifying the large corner sofa set in the living room. Basic things are provided (bed linen, towels, soaps and shampoos).

ACCOMMODATION capacity of the villa is 8 people in 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom No. 1. Superior category. 30 m2. Pass-through living room. Room with a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, and 30 m2 terrace. It has a large walk-in closet for wardrobe and suitcases. Stay for up to 2 people  

Bedroom no. 2. Standard category. 20 m2. Room with double bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning. Stay for up to 2 people.

Bedroom No. 3. Standard category. 15 m2. Pass-through bedroom no. 2. Room with double bed, air conditioning. Stay for up to 2 people.

Bedroom no. 4. Standard category. 15 m2. Pass-through bedroom no. 2. Room with double bed, air conditioning. Stay for up to 2 people.

LIVING ROOM is very modern and comfortable, it has 60 m2, and the ceiling height is 3.5 m in most parts. The view to the yard with the pool is direct because it contains large glass doors that open and thus you get a whole with a modern porch and a yard with a pool. It includes a sofa that can seat 10-12 people.

KITCHEN is connected to the living room, it is very modern, and contains all the necessary appliances, as well as complete accessories, a kitchen table with 6 chairs.

PORCH in front of the house was specially designed by the architects. It has a modern ceiling with different types of lighting, 2 electric ceiling fans with remote control, sound system, unique Italian garden furniture – a sofa with 2 armchairs, a dining table with 8 chairs

SWIMMING POOL. It contains salty sea water that is refined with a special system and produces natural chlorine. The water can be heated as needed in the months when it is not the summer season (until October). The pool has a jacuzzi and a mini waterfall. The beach around the pool is made of the latest ground white granite. On the beach there are 8 modern sunbeds by Italian designers, as well as a solar shower

SPORTS FACILITIES. In addition to the luxurious and extra comfortable villa, guests also have sports facilities at their disposal: swimming pool with jacuzzi, padel court, 3×3 basketball court, table tennis table.

Sports equipment is available in the villa.

FITNESS CENTER of 500 m2. Villa users can use the RING Fitness Center free of charge, which we own, and which is located an 8-minute drive from the Villa.

HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS OPTICAL INTERNET 60/4 Mb/s is available in all rooms and in the area around the pool. Since the villa is located in a residential area, the sound level is limited.

THE SOUND SYSTEM is central. There is a central amplifier, with the help of which music and sound from the TV from the living room or USB can be listened to in the entire living room, the bathroom as well as in the area around the pool.

NIGHT LIFE AND ACTIVITIES. For guests whose reason for visiting is entertainment and nightlife, we can reserve the best tables in the most popular nightclubs in the city with skip-the-line entry. This service is free.

We will also be happy to recommend good restaurants known for their delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices.

We are also able to offer the organization of various activities, upon request

For business groups, we can organize conferences or workshops for up to 20 people with all the necessary equipment.

The noise level is limited so that parties and visitors are not allowed in the villa.
